  This is from the broadcast premiere; in subsequent network airings, an animated opening with “I will not laminate dog doo” was used instead, and in syndication, “Teacher was not dumped — it was mutual” was used.

  My guess as to what will happen when the Season 17 DVD set comes out: the episode proper will use “I will not laminate dog doo”, and the live-action opening will be used as an extra on one of the discs.

  Note that the blackboard in the live-action opening was originally seen in “Marge vs. the Monorail.”
