AFAIK, this was seen only on the first FOX/Global network airing on May 5, 2002. It is not on the Season 13 DVD set, nor is it in syndication.
(Syndicated episodes with altered opening sequences from Seasons 13 and 14 use a different audio track in the opening, with no sound effects until the couch gag (including the singing of “The Simpsons” at the start), with the sole exception of this one. “Jaws Wired Shut” also uses the no-SFX intro, even though it was otherwise unaltered for syndication.)
A couple times, Family Guy got canceled my suggestion for a Family Guy spin-off was Giggity-Gigity Goo starring Glen Quagmire and Fox didn’t pick up my idea but the chose the Cleveland show then Family Guy was renewed for a third season and the Family Guy producers and writers gathered at the San Diego Hilton for a convention honoring The Beatles coming to America.
