In 2016 since FOX acquired the rights to air Simpsons reruns FXX held a marathon of the first six hundred episodes starting on thanksgiving day with «Simpsons roasting on an open fire» and ending on December 6th with treehouse of horror XXVII.
«I will watch all 600 episodes without sleeping.»

Speaking of no end to The Simpsons, I did a nine chapter, sixteen-page chronological history report about The Simpsons chronicling the show’s beginning as a series of animated shorts and sketches on the Tracy Ullman show
to present day. I also discussed the show’s numerous guest stars and running gags and a show staple comedy bit known as the chalkboard gag, Lisa’s various sax solos, and the show’s place in pop-culture history, then I typed in chronological order, the year that changed everything in 1993 when the Simpsons became advertising icons and recording stars. I also typed a chapter about the history of the actual real life Simpsons house in Henderson at 712 Red Bark Lane, and a chapter about the history of the presidents on the Simpsons and the Simpsons’ love affair with baseball and the future of the series accounting the temporary departure of Maggie Roswell, who was replaced by Marcia Mitzman Gaven as the voice of iconic female characters like Maude Flanders, Helen Lovejoy and Elizabeth Hoover, then I finished my report with a list of great Simpsons moments which made me feel good and warm inside that gave me a toasty and warm feeling.
